Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EnderNode's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Services.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to EnderNode Technologies Pvt. Ltd., registered in Mumbai, India.
• "Service" means Minecraft server hosting, control panel access, and related infrastructure.
• "User" means the individual or entity registering for Services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities include: DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining, spam distribution, copyright infringement, and violating Minecraft EULA. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Payments & Billing

Services are billed in advance via WHMCS. Prices are in INR. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Service Levels & Uptime

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 72 hours in advance. Force majeure events (natural disasters, ISP outages) are excluded from SLA calculations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, EnderNode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the prior 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
